Oh my goodness..I dont know who came up with the whole ONE compactor for the WHOLE entire complex, but it was not smart. There needs to be at least dumpsters at each area and some kind of control kept with the garbage. Every single time i go to the compactor it is loaded with tons and piles of garbage thats not even inside the compactor. Its nasty and i am getting tired of it.
