Just Don't From: spazzo910@msn.com Date posted: 2/7/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   We've been here a year and so far the managment is .. lacking... they will usually fix somthing in 2-3 days. The light at the top of the stairs burnt out and I let them know last week.. still not fixed. I agree with the one trash compactor for the whole complex is not working, it gets really gross in their - also that the floors and walls are really thin. you can hear us talking word for word from outside! My only other complaint is that their are alot of little punk kids who run around, like in packs. They stay up till three or so drinking and having sex in the hot tub - not fun as our building is RIGHT by the hot tub and we hear them all night. They also vandalized the gym and now no one can use it. Also I can't stand the muddy pit that used to be a playground that is just forgotten about in the center of the complex. And the free for all parking sucks when you get home late and have to park far away.
