i recently moved out of sunnyside village and it has been the worst appartment complex i have ever lived in. when you request somthing of the managment they will either ignore it untill remided then it may be a few more days or just never do anything. when they do show up to fix things the do not install things correctly. for example our celing fan above our bed went out and they replaced it 6 weeks later, after 2 days of use the fan began to hang from the celing by one side since the other was not installed properly, in the middle of the night the fan popped loudly and shot sparks across our room before it quit working again (there were several other similar situations in the 1 1/2 years we were there). we are a young couple so the property managment company thought when we moved out they could try and charge the entire remodel and up keep totaling over a $1000 because we dont know better than to just pay it. several of the items included in the total were items that had been requested to be repaired several times and never properly fixed. including a carpet that was two years old when we moved in was a total of almost $500. my point is this property managment staff is absolutly the worst ive ever worked with and i feel that they will attempt to take advantage of every situation possible.
