If you decide to move here, do not choose a ground floor apartment. Unless, you like spiders, potatoe bugs and other creatures.
While they may make you promises at the beginning, they are not always kept. I try to believe that some of the staff makes an honest attempt.
When it comes to maintenance, don't count on it getting done right away or correctly the first time. We are still trying to get maintenance from when we moved in.
