The location of these apartments is great. You don't have to go far to get to a grocery store, restaurants, banks, movies, or even the river. When they say Townhomes with a VIEW they mean view but its also just dependant on where they put you. If things fall apart however make sure that you have someone handy around because at the rate they fix things the next tenant will be lucky to have it corrected. But at the same time their lack of involvement in the tenants issues is also a good thing. I don't ever see them unless I want to. Overall I would say move here if you are looking in Clackamas but if you are just looking in general look somewhere else.
