I have lived at Twin Creeks for 5 years now and want to move out. What the other people are commenting on is bull crap. The complex is not always clean. There is dog poop every where. At the mail boxes by the leasing there is an awful smell like human poop. Maintenence is not always prompt with fixing things. Yes there are two pools but kids are constantly peeing in them and older kids are there well past minigt making tons of noise. My car has been hit severa ltimes by kids running and slamming into my car with their bikes. When our lease expires in a few months we are out of here. I have also heard of when people move out the leasing staff is not very nice and they charge you for normal wear and tear things. Many of my friends that have moved out have taken Twin creeks to court and won and got their money back or did not have to pay anything to these crapping apartments.
