Saw this apartments ratings website because I am looking to move yet again from Scott Mountain by the Brook. (great apartments by the way. Check them out) and I wanted to add something. I lived at Twin Creeks about 5 years ago and I must add that for the first couple of months I love living there until my apartment had a mold outbreak. They came to fix it and said it would never happen again. Well it did. I was told what to do to prevent it and the mold still came back.

When I moved out I was chanrged for everything and I only lived there for 2 years. I lived alone and worked all the time so I was barely there . The place was in great condition and I was still charged well over $400 in so called repairs (normal wear and tear stuff). I do not recommend anyone move to Twin Creeks.
