Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007

I'm a current resident on my way out after less than two months. So called Quiet Time from 10 pm -7 am is not quiet for us. A couple times a week my wife & I are awakened by loud sex, masturbating, loud talking, washer/dryer in the unit above us. Reports to management have not stopped the noise.
