Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
I cannot stress how much you people need to avoid this place it has been the worst experience for me and my girlfriend. We lived there for about two years and had normal wear and tear from us and two small dogs. They charged us over 1500 dollars in deposits with 300 of that non refundable for the dogs. We spent two full days cleaning and when we got the letter in the mail expected to get $1200 back. Instead we got a bill for $500 for normal wear and tear. If you are unfortunate enough to be living there make sure to take lots of pictures after you move out and do a walk thru or you will be bent over and getting it right up the ass by the wonderful people at twin creeks apartments.
