I have lived here a couple years and am not too happy. First, the location is near the freeway, but honestly it's TOO near, like I can't open my windows unless I like the sound of traffic and the dust that the wind blows in. Also, you have to tolerate kids running loose at all hours because parents here don't keep an eye on them. Also, maintenance apparently can't keep up with demand, so dog poop is part of the landscape. And tenants have a nasty habit of not putting their trash in the compactor, so you have to step over piles of crap and dodge flies whenever you take out the trash. Location happens to be situated in a heavy trailer park area. Last manager was very childish and unprofessional, but maybe new manager can change things around here.
