Tweekers, dirty, and Smelly

This place is the worst Apartment I have ever been in!! I recomend that no one but -------- and Tweekers stay here!! That's what this apartment complex consists of. We have lived here for 11 months and have a women behind us that screams all hours of the day and night. ( NO SLEEP!!!) We hear every noise that comes from their apartment. There is a smell coming from the walls and the electrical sockets, smells like trash and a decompossing body!!! SICK!!! We dont dare report to the manager, due to the fact that every time we go in they want to charge for things that arn't in our lease. Plus they wont take care of any problems or complaints, and you have no privacy because they watch every move you make. The new managers are not at all as good as the old manager!!!!
