This is the cheapest housing in Portland and it is obvious. I have been living with pounding music that streams right through the paper thin walls. The man next door seems to be an alcoholic and regularly screams at his girlfriend. But then substance abuse seems to be the general pastime at this slum. After calling the police and speaking to the managers numerous times the sound is not going down and the screaming continues.
Now I have found a new place to live and the managers are doing everything in their power to make this move next to impossible for me. I'm tired of listening to loud arguments and cars screeching by my window at all hours. This is a mecca for every loser in Portland and I am ashamed to have lived here. If you have any semblance of self-respect, then do not move here. If you do move here, your self-respect will soon go.

You are correct about the walls being paper thin...They are so thin, STD's can pass through.
