I have looked around and so far and $405 for a studio at about 425 sq. ft. is the cheapest in the area. They have low move in fees, free basic cable, and free hot water in the studio building.
I have experienced fighting drugged up neighbors, vandalism, theft, a leak here and a leak there. Parking doesn't seem to be to much trouble, though!
All in all, this place serves its purpose.
It's just a pee stop at an old gas station in the journey of life!
If you're done peeing...move on.

prices for january 2008: studio 415$, 1BR 475$, 2BR 655$. i considered moving here in 2005 but it really has a transient-housing feel. the studio building (by 82nd dr) is set up like a value hotel.
