Nice Place We've been here for a year and half. The place is very neat and clean. We haven't had any problems with getting things fixed when we needed it. Management is very nice. It's fairly quiet. Street noise is very low key.

regret I made the mistake of buying one of these units. It is fine if your the only one in the unit, but if you have neighbors forget the quietness. Poor installation. very drafty. Thin walls and flooring. So noise travels well.

Absolutely not!!! Do not, I repeat, do not let them put you near the pool. It is supposed to close at 10. The current management is very lax with this rule.
Also, kids are allowed to run wild around here. They are out screaming and yelling sometimes 10-11 at night.
