Squire's Court 21% Recommended Apr 10 2008: We lived here for three years, when we moved out we recived an invoice for charges spot cleaning wall touch up all the normal stuff. They tried to say we never made a deposit, I imediatly disputed this so what Creekside Apartment Homes 67% Recommended Feb 28 2008: The staff is okay other than Shiela. She's extremly nice to you before you sign your lease and once you've signed it she's rude and doesn't have the time of day for you. Squire's Court 21% Recommended Feb 10 2008: This was by far the worst rental experience I have EVER had. You would not believe how horrible this place is. The rudest and most uneducated staff I have ever dealt with! Multiple maintenance requests went unanswered over and over. Sunnyside Village 63% Recommended Feb 07 2008: We've been here a year and so far the managment is .. lacking... they will usually fix somthing in 2-3 days. The light at the top of the stairs burnt out and I let them know last week.. still not Village Place 25% Recommended Feb 02 2008: First of all, the comment below about big turn around was likely posted by Ashley or Norma, the ladies in charge of the office. The apartments overall aren't the worst by far, however, for the price and "not exactly Clackamas |
