what you see is NOT what you get - When i first came to view apartments and then later to sign the lease, the management personnel were extremely courteous, kind and respectful. It seemed like a fairy tale.

However once i was "hooked" and "bound" by the lease, this all changed and managemnet showed its true form that was "hiding" behind the kindness facade...

Good for a student... I don't know - Lots of elderly folks here. Laundry room open 24 hours. Thankfully, never had to fight over the washing machines. People were pretty nice if you left your things in the washer or dryer for an extra hour.

Neighbors are pretty nice. Wouldn't recommend living on the first floor because you'll have a lot of drunks urinating on your porch every other night.
