Management is VERY NOSY!!!! My boyfriend was in town for the weekend and had stayed with me. On Monday, I received a note on my door upon returning from work indicating if I didn't have my Guest apply I would be evicted !!! I immediately called the office and spoke to Marie the manager. She said she does that to anyone who has a guest she isn't aware of. Considering he was there less than 72 hours, on a weekend nontheless, I would say they have a bit too much time on their hands. I suggest they use it for working on resident functions, not spying opportunities.

I had a severe mold problem in my place from the day I moved in. I reported it to the office as I had not wanted to move any furniture items in until it had been corrected. I week later I still had no response. 3 months later there were construction crews taking off siding to the buildings and repairing who knows what.

Regardless, the mold never got fixed, so I ended up treating it and painting it myself. As I was stuck into a lease for yet another 10 months.
