I'd give it a 5 or a 6... Bug problem which they ignore, water leaking in apartment although they are finally fixing siding although apartment only 6 years old. Parking is awful if you have 2 cars or people visit alot. New managment team is rude and insufficient when asking questions/needing help, wish old owner had never sold. Had a 1st floor apartment without a deck and had to pay same price as people with decks. Unusual because it has 2 bed/2 bath... nice. Small deposit but no damage, got nothing back. Overall price was okay comparing to other apartments in area. Landscape nice but clubhouse a joke. Some equipment does not work very well and pins missing to weights.
