The community was a younger crowd true. I rarely heard parties, except on the weekends. Never that frequent where I would lose sleep over it. Great price, Fantastic Staff, and great neighbors.

There was a new pool installed recently, the keep the water a warm 80-85 degrees. It goes down to 9ft deep. (This is no kiddie pool). Summertime babes enjoy obtaining vitamin E from the sun.

Having a place to park for extra cars, and having friends over are slim picking during the school year. But that is just about true anywhere you live in Corvallis between September and May.

This is the biggest load I have ever heard. I had to live there for a year and it was one of the worst I have ever lived at. The crowd there is definately young, loud and love their weed. The buildings are built very poorly and we had constant problems with the roof leaking (we were on the top floor). The train track border the property and at least two trains go by every night. The only thing good about the apartments is the layout.

The train tracks by the property, BEFORE ya moved in, left you surprized by trains using them?
