The apartment construction is cheap, the trains are loud, the woman in the office is rude, the rent is high, the pool is seasonal and in the summer there are more people using it that don't live there than do. Parking sucks, dumpsters are normally full to overflowing. The apartments are hard to cool in the summer and hard to keep warm in the winter. Traffic from 99 is load except when covered by the train. Incredably ugly countertops, old appliences, one of the loudest dishwashers I've ever used. If you are going to rent there, get a top floor apartment unless you want to hear every footstep of your neighbor. Though I've been told they turn into ovens in the summer so...
