Not a bad place to live

I have lived here for a couple of years and out of curiosity looked at this site to see what other people thought about the complex. Sad that people only comment when they're angry. Construction around the complex can be disturbing during the day - but it's making the complex a better place to live.
Management has changed in the last couple of years - but the manager has always been able to answer questions and seems to really care about the complex.
I feel comfortable telling people to move to Conifer Place because I enjoy living here.
