Sure, take these apartments if you like a bunch of white-trash crack-heads! EVERYONE that lives in the town-houses of the Corvalla apartments are the poorest people in Corvallis, who are definitely druggies.

I witnessed a huge fight just today between a couple, fighting about how she took his pills away, and the yard-worker here is most DEFINITELY a crack-head.

Why he was hired I have no clue.

He's freaky.

He stares at girls that walk by and watches them as they go into their apartment, and sometimes "does a little dance" for them to "show off" or something.

The people in the regular apartments (the non-townhouses) are all college students.

They are ok to live around, although some can have their music basses pretty loud at times you wish they weren't.

The cheapest people are hired to do anything around here (e.g.

the crack-head yard-worker) and the bathrooms have permanent mold stains all around the tiles and ceilings.

I just got a new dishwasher and it doesnt even clean my dishes.

I have to hand wash them all AFTER they come out of the dishwasher.

Also, I think about 90% of the people that live here smoke.

So if you're a non-smoker, don't think about opening your window on a hot day cuz the smoke will come right into your apartment.

So short story short: these apartments suck and I can't wait to move out!
