It was ok for what we could afford

Being poor college students, it worked out alright.
It was definitely bigger than anything else we had looked at.
We loved the views of the park, and how big it is.
We hated the parking, and the neighbors.
We were on the top floor, so the neighbors weren't too noisy.
Parking was horrible, and the pool was bad.
The tiny pool is open for a very short time in the summer, and the manager yelled at us when we swam (apparantly if you move around a lot the water will splash out).
The one thing that really creeped me out was the cameras all over the place for "security." The parking lot cam is aimed at the manager's cars, with little else visible.
There's another one right outside the manager's window so they can see everyone using the staircase.
Several times I would walk by and he would come running out to tell me something apartment related.
It gave me an eerie sense of being watched.
The few times I went into their unit to sign paperwork or whatever, he was always sitting there watching the split security cameras.
