For the price and what it is, more than adequate

The layouts are very spacious and the management is easy to deal with.
When I lived there I had neighbors that partied like crazy. Unless they were outside, I never even heard them.
It was quite inexpensive, the neighbors made the place more fun, and this was probably my favorite apartement experience in Corvallis.
It is true though that many people living there are drug abusers, single moms with 10 kids, but if you have a good set of next door neighbors, you don't even notice it.
