Decent place to live...don't count on getting the deposit back

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
The Apartments are ok...
-The windows create a alot of moisture, which provides a great habitat for mold.
-The pool is only open about half the time it could be if they knew how to manage the chemical levels.
-While I lived there my roomates boke got stolen and a neighbors car (from the back parking lot).
-The owner will try her damndest to screw you out of your deposit.
-Applianced are shoddy, and insulation is virtually non-existant
