The manager (April) was nice when I took a tour of the apartments. As soon as I signed a lease she did a complete turnaround and acted like she didn?t know me and I was a waste of her time when I came into the office. When I moved in there were 2 lights out in the bathroom. I was told they would be replaced the same day I moved in. They were not, and I had to go buy bulbs 3 weeks later because the office is always closed. I will go in the morning, during my lunch or after work and they were always closed. April made living at Creekside a very bad experience so I broke my lease and moved. I?m paying a little more at the place I?m at now (Grand Oaks) but the management Jessica & Natalie have been wonderful. The greet me whenever I come into the office, (I can be sure the office is open during posted hours) and the maintenance man is also fast and reliable. I hope people who read this make the choice NOT to live at Creekside or any of the other properties they own in Corvallis because April works at all of them and you can be sure the service will be crappy. Grand Oaks and Mountain View @ River Green are the best I found in town!
