The apartments at Creekside are nice enough, but the management style as well as the quality and demeanor of employees leaves a lot to be desired. My wife and I, and our roomate had never had a problem with neighbors until a snotty "lady" (I put lady in quotations because in actuality she is a Hell Beast) from back east moved in below us. Apparently we walked through the house too hard, and banged around. I have no way of explaining these noises except to say that we never did anything out of the ordinary unless you count the time we cleaned our house up between the hours of 1630 and 1800 one evening after returning from work. After the strange noises of the vaccum abated she hit the ceiling hard, with 3 hard knocks that would make Kaito Kaylen jump. Soon after we received a noise complaint (she also conveniently worked for the manager), and had to pay $25.00 w/o the opportunity to really defend ourselves. All she really would have had to done is lie. There were other incidents, but that one sticks out. She's the only person I've ever met that I feel comfortable saying I hate. I was glad when she moved, and hope that her recent holiday season found her influenza ridden and lonely. So be careful if you move in to Creekside: only clean up between 1200-1400 hrs. we haven't moved out yet, but plan on it, and in fact look forward to it even though the apartment itself is nice, and should receive no blame for my bad experience.
