I've been staying at the Creekside apartments for 6 months now. They aren't perfect, but not many apartments are. Mine was clean, quiet, and I love the view. I have not had a problem with the staff, the drains, or the rent (see previous reviews). If you pay your rent on time,(duh), there is no late pymt. I have no hidden costs. Of course, I still live there, so it's hard to say what happens with my deposits when I move out.
