Be aware of the late fees

Even you mail the check to the office, you still have chances to get the late fee if they cannot receive your check!! So ...always go to check with the managers to ensure they receive your check "on time" or you will be charged 100 bucks!!

They make it sooooo easy to mail your rent in. They give you the envelopes at the office you just have to drop it into the mail before the 4th day of the month. If the 4th is a Sunday or a holiday then it is before the third. They could make it easier if they mailed it for you I guess...geez
