I lived at Creekside for 2 1/2 years and I loved it. Every apartment has its quirks here and there, but over all I enjoyed my time there. The office staff is great. They were always friendly and always willing to help. Maintenance was always done in a timely manner. Late fees are expensive, but if you pay your rent when you are suppose to then you don't have to worry about it. Landscaping was loud, but it wouldn't look as nice as it does if they didn't do it all the time. Be a good resident and you won't have any problems.
