My wife and I lived at Creekside for 3.5 years. Though apartment living can have its drawbacks, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our unit was quiet, in the back by the open space, and well maintained. Office staff was young and a little 'green,' but we never had a problem. Maintenance never took more than a day or two. Car never got broken into - and our neighbors rocked!

We've since moved from Creekside to an 'upscale' complex in the Murrayhill area of Beaverton, and I can say that Creekside has it beat hands down. We now spend more $$ for a noisier, poorly designed, place with crap insulation and no utils covered. We'd take the occasionally noisy college students any day over the so-called 'adults' in our area. For the money, I don't think you can beat Creekside. I can assure you that you can't do better for under $900/mo.

We were bummed that Willamette Mgmt. Co. doens't have properties north of Marion County. If they did, we'd relocate in a snap!
