Worst apartment complex I've lived in. Sure, they look nice, but they're poorly
constructed with minimal soundproofing. Managers are nice people, but young, inexperienced and frankly just don't get it. Basically it's like having college students running the place. Management group doesn't enforce the contract you sign except for the parts that benefit them.
