Better than many

I've lived in many apartments, these for the last 3 years. Better and newer than most (older) apartments in Corvallis. Heavy student population so there is occasional noise. Staff is friendly and responsive. I chose upstairs unit because I know what it's like living in a bottom unit; many young people are oblivious to how much noise they make and how it impacts neighbors. Leases lower monthly rental rate.
