Incompetent Management

I would say that the apartments themselves are quite nice. Any new loud neighbors will get warnings from the management on their behavior and are quick to quiet down. HOWEVER, other than this, the unqualified people they have managing this place should, to put it nicely, have never been hired. We have had countless experiences where their incompetence has made it almost impossible to deal with them. There were several occasions where a package was delivered to the main office. A week later we call to find out if they received a package because our relatives didn't get a thank you from us. Sure enough they had the packages all that time, never once thinking they should call us or put a note on our door to let us know they were holding packages for us. They actually said to me when I went to the office, "we were wondering when you were going to pick that up". This is once example of the way they do things. I have many more.

If you do move in here. Minimize your contact with management and you will be fine. For the price, these really are great apartments. But beware the little shits that work in the main office.

Actually, UPS/FedEx or any other mail carrier is to leave a note on your door stating that there is a package in the office for you to pick up. If it comes by postal mail, they will put a note in your mail box. That is the responsibility of the carrier, not the office. The office workers call when a large number of packages sit in the office for more than a few days. So...maybe you should check with the mail carrier who SHOULD have left a note for you.
