I have lived here for over two and a half years. I love renewing my contract, because each time they have had specials on custom choice upgrades. So the last time I signed a year contract I got a choice of painting walls, adding different lighting or fixtures, etc. So you basically are upgrading your own apartment and when you move out it leaves an added bonus for the next people who move in. Although at times you hear your neighbors, I think you'll find that anywhere. I've had young neighbors and older neighbors, all were very respectful and relatively quiet. I love the pet policies here, my dog has been chased twice by residents dogs who were not on leashes. One simple phone call to the office and the problem was taken care of, I haven't seen those specific dogs not on leashes after that.

The landscaping is so beautiful here. The trees and bushes are always kept pruned, the grass always cut, and the parking lot blown clean. Landscapers don't start working until around 8 am and that provides ample time for sleeping, not that you can really hear them when they are working. They keep the pet stations well stocked with baggies for your dogs poo too.

The office girls are so nice and helpful. If ever I've had a problem or a question, they are more than willing to help me out. The management also has free breakfast mornings, donut mornings, car washes, pizza nights, movie nights, etc. to keep us as residents happy and feeling special. When I'm not home my package from UPS will be dropped by at the office, with a note on my door telling me its there. That makes it so much nicer than having to wait around the next day for UPS to come back again.

In general, this is a great place to live. Close enough to campus that you just have a short drive, but far enough away that you aren't around all the drunk college students leaving the bars at 2am. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.
