I lived at Creekside for a year and really liked it. The apartments are of much better quality than most near campus. I currently live in a nice apartment near campus, but the rent is over $900 and it's literally right next to the train tracks. I definitely miss how quiet Creekside was. I lived on the top floor, so noise wasn't much of a problem (except the early yard crew with their leaf blowers!). My neighbors below would often complain about my roommate's constant stomping, so sound insulation vertically between apartments may not be the best. Management was quick to solve any problems. We had a view onto the creek, which often had ducks swimming in it. Only one registered parking space per apartment. My roommate and I took turns each week, so sometimes I had to park a ways away from my apartment. There is a small shopping complex just two blocks away. It has a Safeway, Bi-Mart, Burger King, Subway, Hollywood Video, Oil Can Henry's and more. There is a nearby park that connects to the running/biking path that parallels Philomath Blvd. I would highly recommend these apartments!
