Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
 
I lived at creekside for a number of years and besides the rent being quite expensive the apartments are poorly constructed. Noise from neighbors both next door and above is insane and I have to make repeated complaints for volume which really isn't that bad it's just the apartment walls are too thin and/or lack insulation.
