The management is a penny pinching type, if you have a clog of any sort in your drain be prepared to pay for it, not them, even a hair clog that you find only a few weeks after you move in. Management is very snoopy if they think you are up to something. It is a nice complex, however watch out for Mold. I had a huge mold problem in my master closet of all places and now that I moved out they are saying it was my fault, even though there was no other mold inside the house. DON'T LIVE HERE IF YOU CAN STAND IT, YOU MIGHT REGRET IT! Just like I do.
