I lived there for just under a year, and while it is certainly not luxurious - it's still a step up from dorm living since you get your own room and only have to share a kitchen and 2 bathrooms with 3 others. Thankfully I got a friend to move in and I think that made the experience even better. It's close to a big laundromat and right across from Freddy's... it worked well while I was in college.
