Policies are one-sided. Too many charges, fines.
Utilities are included in the rent (50) but if the electricity bill is greater than the average of the apartment complex, you have to pay the amount above the average.
MAKE SURE you READ the rental agreement before signing. There are many things you need to pay if you break the rules.
For new tenant, there will be cleaning charge = 85, and process charge 35. Security deposit is 195.
AVOID this place at all costs.
