I had a great experience with the management. I got a notice once saying that I had if we continued using a lot of electricity (which we were...heater was always on like 75) then we would have to pay higher utilities. We stopped using quite as much heat, and never heard any more word about it. Our water pressure was low, I went to the manager, he immediately came up and cleaned out our faucet (it was gross). I also had a table that I didn't want in here anymore (the place gives you the option to have a bed and table provided) and I asked someone to help me carry it and they came up immediately to my room and took it for me. They were a little bit friendly for managers, but I didn't necessarily take this as creepy. They were just nice guys.

The reason this experience sucked was because of messy roommates who would dirty up the place right after it was cleaned, had problems cleaning up after themselves, left hairballs in the shower, didn't flush toilets, peed on the toilet seats, and way worse. I hated living here mostly bc I didn't know my roommates, and they were disgusting, but otherwise the place was great.

I'd advise living with people you KNOW. This place is a cheap way to live and convenient location AS LONG AS you live with people you know you can live with! SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
