Good place to live.

I've been renting from the Fillmore Inn since 2003, and I've never had a problem with this place. The landlords have been kind and professional, and they're quick to address any maintenance issues. The rental rates are reasonable, too. The nice thing about the Fillmore is that they include utilities, as well as it's centrally located to shops and OSU.
