I also moved in as a first resident to grand oaks and was impressed from the start. Natalie and Jessica were so great and made moving from out of town easy. I started e-mailing Jessica 2 months before I was going to move. She helped me pick out the perfect apartment without me even seeing it. I love the view I have of the trees and the apartment is so spacious for the price. I wish there was more parking but I have my spot and a garage that came with it. I love using the hot tub and workout room and the free DVD library is great when we don't want to go out and rent one. Thanks Natalie and Jessica!
