Sounds like people don't know what it costs for people to move in and out. Every lease says there are costs, it has to be the way you moved in, spotless and nice. Thats what the deposits are for.

This place is a great place to live, I have been here for 2 years, and the staff, wow, unbeliveable. Anytime I have a problem, they take care of it. There is no other place even close to here that does all the different things for us. The brunchs, etc!
