Beautiful, but NOT worth the $

Inside, the apartments are nice (although maintenance is non-existent to spotty, at best). BUT, the facilities are TINY, and essentially useless, particularly as more people move in. AND, don't try to find a place to park because there simply aren't enough spaces to go around!
