After reading other reviews, it's clear to me that the people who wrote reviews about having to pay a lot didn't read the lease carefully enough. The charge for the painting and carpet cleaning is tiered, so it will be decent if you live there for a year or more. I had a 3 bedroom with two friends. We did a very thorough cleaning when we moved out and did not get charged A DIME extra over the charges for paint and carpets, which we ALREADY KNEW ABOUT!

The maintenance staff was outstanding and very helpful. Whenever we had a problem they were quick to jump in it, whether it was our hornets' nest on our balcony when we moved in or a broken towel rack, they fixed everything pronto. Parking did suck, especially if you had friends coming over. The street parking isn't bad at all though, and the community is safe and gorgeous. We also had a garage and balcony storage, so we had plenty of space. There was never a problem with crime either.

Take it from me, a clean and RESPONSIBLE person, the place was great and I would definitely recommend it to someone who isn't a slob and actually knows how to clean.
