I lived in Maple Tree for two years. Each condo is owned by a different person so your landlord is hit or miss but the one I had was awesome!

The places are pretty nice, good construction and attractive floor plan. My room was more like a loft and was huge but only had half a wall which was a little awkward at times.

The people around there are generally nice, all students. Pretty quiet too, only a few times were there any loud parties.
