Good enough- but you'll always be charged $200 cleaning fee.

These apartments are "good enough." Pros: -fairly affordable ($305/month/person for a month-to-month lease) -the drive is pretty quick to the south end of campus, especially if you park in the free lot by the Hilton Garden Inn and then take the shuttle. -looks good on the surface Cons: -annoying and sometimes fickle management -a little loud -built quickly and therefore not quality -funky layouts of the space (tiniest bedroom had mast bath, deck is connected to largest bedroom, and third bedroom has no perks at all)
Oh yes, and the most important thing: HARDLY BOTHER CLEANING!! My fiance and I spent 5 hours with his roomates scrubbing from floor to ceiling, including getting new "drip pans" for the stove, and were STILL charged the $200 dollars we were charged the previous year after HARDLY CLEANING AT ALL. So do vacuum and wipe down the counters, but don't waste your time doing anything else-- you'll still be charged their "standard" $200, although you can look at it as the "cleaning deposit" they don't require.
