Those who complain about these apartments are probably not very happy people in general. A perfect apartment or rental exists only in a Utopia. Of course there are bugs, of course you can hear your neighbors,...IT IS AN APARTMENT!!
I can say this however. Management has always been respectful and thankful for my living here. Maintenance worker is top notch. He is always willing to help and will persist until the problem is solved to MY satisfaction. Leasing agents are friendly. The apartment grounds are cleaned and mowed, etc. every week. There is no problem with crime that I have noticed.
The neighborhood is NEW and there is a brand new park across Rivergreen Dr. The apartments may look unappealing due to its SOUTHTOWN CORVALLIS location, but the area bears no resemblance to the rest of southtown corvallis. It is clean, new and pleasantly peaceful.
The cost to live here is not the cheapest around, but you pay for what you get. These apartments are clean, the management is responsive and it is in a good neighborhood. If you want save a hundred bucks or so, you will sacrifice a lot. Bus lines run right by twice an hour UNTIL MIDNIGHT.
Do yourself a favor and don't skimp on price for a place you will LIVE IN! I don't stay here year after year because of the low price....SEE FOR YOURSELF!! At least let them show you around.

I had a maintenance problem and when I contacted the management when it still wasn't fixed he was rude. I told him if this is his level of customer service then I would have to move out. He said, good, we can have the apartment re-rented within the month. No one there is thankful for their residents. And as far as people who are upset with the apartment being generally unhappy, I doubt that. We just pay attention to what's really going on.

i agree with your comment. im an extremely easy going and happy person...but still was treated disrespectfully. yes, the neighborhood is great especially if you have a dog you like to walk. BUT everytime i run into the staff or ken and kitty...it almost ruins my usual happy afternoons.
