its true...the manegment is RUDE! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/12/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   made the mistake of signing a year lease...cant wait to find a cheaper/ friendlier complex. ken & kitty are sortof rude and spoke down to me as if i was there 12 yr old daughter. i was genuinly trying to talk to them about my problem with my roomate...but they accused me of lying and threatened to evict me, without listening to me first! even now, my crappy roomate left and i have not had ANY issue arise for the last 7 months or so, they still treat me rudly and suspect that everything im doing is bad. the staff is ok, but seem two-faced. the apartments themselves are nice, but a little pricey. also cheaply made...but i knew that moving in. i would still recommend this place to people...just interact with the staff and owners as little as humanly possible...they are rude, and dont make you feel welcome.
