I lived there before the management changed to Sterling management but you could hear everything the upstairs neighbors did. Trash on the stairwells and landings. The rooms and closets are tiny, and the units are rather dark and the spaces aren't distributed efficiently. After they raised the rent we moved out. Managment were some college students who didn't care about complaints...we had to go several times to complain about our upstairs neighbors who liked to party every day yet the managers would just shrug and say there's nothing they can do about it. Maybe now it's better but I would be weary if I ever rented a unit with party people living above me.
